ORDERS, DELIVERY AND PAYMENT

Please read the information below regarding the order and delivery from www.waves.bg online store.

I. Orders

Orders in online store waves.bg are accepted 24 hours a day throughout the week and are carried out from Monday to Friday including. Orders made after 2:00pm will be processed the next day. Orders made during the weekend will be processed on the first working day. During official weekends and national holidays, the shipment is will be done according to the working hours of the courier company we work with.

II. Delivery

1. Terms of delivery

Deliveries on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria are made with courier company “SPEEDY” and "ECONT" according to its price list and under the General Terms and Conditions for shopping.

2. Delivery time

Deliveries from waves.bg are made from 2 to 7 working days depending on the availability in our warehouse and the delivery destination. Waves.bg reserves its right to extend the delivery period for the following reasons: temporary lack of availability, promotions, accumulation of a large number of orders, audit and other reasons that require extension of the period for delivery.

3. Method and price for delivery for Bulgaria

Waves.bg works with courier company SPEEDY /www.speedy.bg/ and ECONT /https://www.econt.com/. Delivery options are to courier office or exact address. Waves.bg offers free delivery for orders over BGN 89.00 for the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria to a courier office. For orders under BGN 89.00, the price for delivery is:

     - to Speedy office: BGN 4.99

     - to an address with Speedy: BGN 6.99

     - to the Econt office: BGN 8.29

     - to an address with Econt: BGN 12.39

4. Method and price for delivery abroad

Waves.bg works with the courier company SPEEDY /www.speedy.bg/ and Interlogistica /www.interlogistica.bg/ as deliveries abroad are made by their local partners DPD and GLS. Deliveries are made to the exact customer’s address. Deliveries to Greece and Romania can be also made to offices of ACS and DPD. * Deliveries of shipments up to 1 kg outside of Bulgaria are carried out with Bulgarian Post, respectively with the local postal services in the respective country.

5. Shipment Preview Option

The customer is obliged to preview the shipment at the time of its delivery and immediately notify and to notify immediately of any detected discrepancies, shortages and damages. If the customer fails to do so, it is assumed that the shipment is accepted by the customer without objection. Upon receipt of the shipment the courier will issue a receipt for a postal money order. This is your receipt for the purchase. Please keep your receipt most responsibly.
