Order

We accept your orders in the most convenient way for you: through our website - www.waves.bg, by phone +359 89 645 1888 and by email - at [email protected].

No! Our website and services can also be used by minors.

All orders received before 2:00 p.m. on a working day /from Monday to Friday/ are processed and delivered to a courier within the same day. Orders received after 2:00 p.m. are processed and delivered to a courier within the first working day after the day the order was placed.

*Orders with payment by bank transfer are processed and shipped after receiving the payment. Transactions usually take up to 2 business days.

PAYMENT

You can pay for products purchased from us in one of the following ways: cash on delivery /only for Bulgaria/, bank transfer, card via myPOS or PayPal.

You can pay in cash or by card upon delivery of the package directly to the courier or at the courier's office.

You can pay via online banking or at a bank teller by ordering the amount due on your order. Please do not forget to enter the order number and the name of the buyer on the basis of payment. You will receive the information about our bank account and order number when confirming the order.

Bank transfers usually take 1 to 2 business days, and overseas payments may take longer. Once your transfer is reflected in our account, we will immediately prepare and send the ordered goods. The delivery time after dispatch is the one mentioned at the time of ordering.

Yes, we accept. You can pay for the goods you ordered with both a debit and credit card.

Online payment is made with a personal credit/debit card or your company card - under secure conditions. The following credit and debit cards are accepted: Maestro, Visa (all types), MasterCard (all types), AMEX, Diners Club; and for direct credit card payments: Maestro, Visa (all types), MasterCard (all types). Payments are accepted through the payment systems at https://www.mypos.com/ and  https://www.paypal.com/

Yes! Select the desired products and proceed to pay with PayPal. You will be redirected to PayPal's secure environment to enter your details and confirm the payment.

You will receive an invoice for each order placed with us. If you wish to receive an invoice issued in the name of a legal company, please enter the data of the company in the аdditional information to the order.

The invoice is sent together with your order.

Delivery

For the territory of the country, goods ordered through our online store are delivered by courier companies Speedy or Econt. Make a selection when completing the order.

The delivery of Waves.bg is free to the office of a courier /Speedy or Econt/ for orders over BGN 89.00. For orders under BGN 89.00, the delivery prices are as follows:

  • to Speedy office: BGN 4.99
  • to an address with Speedy: BGN 6.99
  • to the Econt office: BGN 8.29
  • to an address with Econt: BGN 12.39

Yes! We make deliveries outside Bulgaria. See a list of countries we ship to here.

*Please contact us if you do not see the desired delivery destination. Delivery with another courier is possible.

For deliveries outside of Bulgaria, we work with Speedy and Intelogisticа and more precisely with their partners at the local level: DPD, ACS and GLS.

*At the customer's request, deliveries by DHL, FedEx and TNT are possible. Make an inquiry to us at [email protected].

 

The delivery price for your chosen destination will be displayed when placing the order. You can see a full list here, as well as free shipping options.

You could track the status of the shipment using the number of the bill of lading with which it travels, on our phone +359 896 451 888 or at the respective courier company making the delivery.

Deliveries from waves.bg are made from 2 to 7 working days depending on the availability in our warehouse and the delivery destination. Waves.bg reserves its right to extend the delivery period for the following reasons: temporary lack of availability, promotions, accumulation of a large number of orders, audit and other reasons that require extension of the period for delivery.

Return and exchange

Yes. You can return already purchased goods within the 14-day legally established period - in case the integrity of the packaging of the purchased goods is not violated. For more information, see the Terms and conditions.

To return products purchased from waves.bg, please fill in the form from Return policy and return the goods together with it to the address: Recipient: WAVES.BG Ltd., UIC 205914700, Headquarters and address of management: Bulgaria, Sofia, Studentski grad district, 2 Prof. Alexander Fol Str., Ent. B, fl. 8, apt. 10.

Refunds for returned products are made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned shipment. The refund is made to the bank account you indicated on the product return form.

Yes. You can return the already purchased goods for replacement within the 14-day legally established period - in case the entire packaging of the purchased goods is not damaged. For more information, see Terms and Conditions.

Complaints for any inconsistency of the goods with the agreed, when after delivery, during the initial inspection, inconsistencies with the contract of sale or a defect in the goods are found, are accepted within 30 days after the purchase of the product. When presenting a complaint, the complete set of documents (incl. receipt/invoice, acceptance-handover report, warranty card, etc.), as well as the goods, should be sent to the address of our office in the city of Sofia, Studentski Grad, ul. Prof. Alexander Fall 2, entrance B, fl. 8, apt. 10 office of WAVES.BG Ltd.
